The property and facilities once we could access them were great. Very clean and lots of room, quiet Positive: The key entry system leaves a lot to be desired. We were left locked out for 2 hours waiting for someone to either answer multiple calls, all of which you can't get past an automated message. If it wasn't for a very kind and helpful neighbour who knows the owners, we may never have got access to the property. Had we been given the correct code on arrival this distressing episode would not have happened. Negative: Better access to the property and better system for contacting agents or Booking.com.
