Good location - needs upkeep Positive: Great location to the water and town Negative: Super old property that hasn’t been maintained. Could do with all new mattresses as they were badly sunken, when we took pillow cases off the pillows were yellow, there was no pegs or washing basket and the sprinklers came on each day and wet the clothes, the shower head was old and was like needles, there were cobwebs everywhere and one of the beds was being held up by a brick which was kicked many times due to its location. Accepted it was an older property when booked but it would really benefit from a little TLC Perhaps the pricing in off peak is acceptable but in peak at $400 a night not great value
