Recommendations for a better stay for future guests Positive: Location was great. Negative: Not enough blankets or rugs so the house was very cold even with the heater running. More blankets for sleeping, some space heaters for individual rooms or rugs would have made the stay more warmer/comfortable. The ceiling in the kitchen is falling down above the fridge and toilet roll holder was loose - small things that make a difference to the astetics of the property. There were also not enough complimentary items (shampoo/conditioner, toilet roll) so we needed to purchase our own after a few days. There was also no scissors at the house, so we couldn't open packets (migoreng) easily and using a knife made mess.

Refer above. Positive: Not inclusive Negative: The house requires a detailed clean, there are cobwebs & spiders inside. There is no free to air television available. The two TVs didn't have aerial connections. The carpets and lounge require cleaning. Externally the front and back yards require a cleaning also with notable weeds. I wasn't comfortable at all and although considering the house itself is well designed in a terrific location, I thought the value wasn't justified. I did receive regular check ins but my comments in terms of the cleanliness wouldn't be rectified during my time considering the task at hand.

I got the airbnb for family and friends who travel from overseas for my daughter’s wedding. I was so embarrassed. Positive: It was close to the beach Negative: There was hardly any furniture in it. Not enough cutlery and overall very disappointing

Positive: The location close to the beach Negative: Floors weren’t mopped (like ever) Aircon kept tripping out and was not cool AT ALL Not kid friendly TVs not restrained Spiders Dishwasher unstable Bins were over flowing as we arrived Late check in for a not so clean house Had to yank on the clothes line for it to work so we could actually hang out our washed clothing Etc etc..

The owners did try to be helpful but it missed a lot of the little things you expect for that amount of money Positive: Close to the beach, very clean Negative: No access to free to air tv. The air con kept turning itself off. The lounges were very uncomfortable. One roll of toilet paper per toilet which isn’t enough when you have kids. Very little coffee or tea left for us. The bus dropped off a local addict who we had to get the police to come and remove!
