Willmott Beach House

unfortunately not as expected Positive: we liked the location, linen were clean, communication before arrival was ok, bathroom was clean, in general house was organized. Negative: The house is old, but in general, it needs some renovation. There are lots of cracks in the wall, the garden porch needs some care, and BBQ is terrible and unusable. They have wardrobe in the room, but with only one hanger in there, very loud creaking + uneven floor, but the most important is the bath stairs, which was quite dangerous in my point of view, I hurt myself in that vivid corner. Rats were running on the roof, we could listen ir very loud everywhere, but especially on top of the kitchen. they need rodent pest control. They offered coffee capsules, but they weren't compatible with the machine. Stove didn't turn on, then we called assistance, then someone came in to check and left a lighter. About cleaning, lots of spiders in a house, especially at the garage and porch, we also got a cockroach next to the fridge. Air con around the house needs maintenance and cleaning.

Adequate for our short stay of 2 nights. Positive: Excellent location for our needs. Functional house with all the facilities we required. Negative: A dog from a nearby house defecating on the front lawn of the property as we were arriving.

Great place would stay again. Positive: Location and nice and tidy except for lots of cobwebs… Negative: The cobwebs and spiders in the house.

Great pre Christmas family break Positive: Lovely rooms. Clean and spacious. Excellent facilities. We failed to light the cooker rings, but think that was us! Plenty of parking space and 5 minute walk to the beach.
